The story starts of after the ending of Return of the Jedi and follows new characters, Finn, Rey, and Poe as they team up with familiar favorites from previous Star Wars movies such as Han, Leia, and Chewbacca in order to take down the evil Kylo Ren, who is hellbent on wiping out entire galaxies with the use of his new super weapon the Starkiller. But I still don’t like them much.Lego Star Wars: The Force Awakens is a Lego themed action-adventure that is based on the 2015 movie Star Wars: The Force Awakens. The guided missions where the game keeps you moving forward are a bit better than the ones where you just fly around freely and need to shoot down like 10 ships. And If you’re playing by yourself it’s too hard to do two things at once, shooting and flying. The controls just don’t make sense to me. But you generally don’t enjoy flying in games. They did a good job capturing the movie’s famous flight through the crashed Star Destroyer on Jakku – including Rey’s amazing upside down flip.

And sometimes you can just build funny stuff and get a bunch of Lego studs. It also makes puzzles take longer, but it also makes them more interesting. Because that’s what Lego is, you know? Using the same bricks in different ways to create different stuff. Yeah, I like being able to build lots of things out of the same set of bricks, too. And then there was the option to build several different things out of the same pile of bricks rather than just one thing. I thought it made combat a bit more cinematic whenever it popped up. And in that very first mission you get to try all of the game’s new systems. You bring up a good point, that this game actually starts with the Battle of Endor, which I thought was a nice way to tie it back to the previous games. He has to shake the helmet to get the right head, then he puts it on Darth Vader’s body.

And when Luke takes Darth Vader’s mask off on the Death Star and it’s actually young Anakin’s face instead of the wrinkled old Anakin.
